Matthew 5:9, 21-26

“What is your problem?” I’ve thought it, whispered it, and—too often—said it aloud. While the question can express genuine concern, it usually signals impatience and frustration. Often, we ask it to provoke conflict, not resolve it, and almost never turn it inward before saying or doing something we regret.

For many of us, anger is the real problem. Whether it erupts suddenly or grips our every move, it affects how we live and relate to others. This week, we will examine the problem of anger, the power of patience, and the path toward responding in a way more like Jesus-like way.
