Pastor Zeta Lee brought us the final message in the Rooted series based on Revelation 19:1-9:

All the stories of the Bible lead toward a feast. It is the day when Jesus, the Bridegroom, returns and welcomes us as His bride. If we remember that day, how should we live today?

Pastor Nahri is on Vacation (Aug 9-22)

• Pastor Nahri is away on vacation for the next two weeks. In her absence pastoral care will be available by Pastor Tyler, Pastor Natalie, and Leona.

Summer Camp (Aug 10-14):

• The last week of summer camps is next week August 10-14.

• Please keep the kids, staff, and volunteers in your prayers as they teach, listen, and respond to the gospel message that Jesus is the light of the world.

Next Sunday (Aug 16):

• Pastor Tyler returns! - 3 months went by fast!

• For his first service back we will have a combined service with Blessed Christian Church. We look forward to worshiping together with Blessed who meets at the same time in the church gym and whom we share Sunday school ministries together.

• Sunday School returns to its regular classrooms. Peaches in the office level Sunday school room and Watermelons in the boardroom. Teachers will help students find their way.

End of Summer BBQ (Aug 30):

• Join in the fun as our family ministry team hosts a BBQ to celebrate the end of summer and the start of a new Sunday School year.

• Everyone is welcome to come for hot dogs and fun, but we'd like to know how much food to prepare so please RSVP by clicking here.

Thank you to  everyone for their hard work on our church grounds. Thank you for creating a space that our neighbours enjoy.

Thank you to Sunnye and others in planting perennials in our church gardens. Thank you to Joyce & Don for pulling weeds, watering, and planting beautiful flowers. Thank you to George for fixing, and adding the drip irrigation in our garden. Thank you to the students for watering.
